His idea? Take wine from a single fermenter\, then age it in four French oak barrels — all from the same cooper (Tonnellerie Sirugue)\, but each made from wood sourced in four different forests across France. \nThe result is extraordinary:Six wines. Same grape\, same vintage. Completely unique expressions. \nAt this exclusive side-by-side tasting\, you’ll explore how subtle variations in forest terroir influence a wine’s spice\, texture\, mouthfeel\, and aromatics.
