DESCRIPTION:There is something magical about Oregon White Truffles and our neighbors Kevin and Carly McFarland\, along with their amazing Italian Water Dogs\, have gathered Oregon Truffles from Coeur de Terre’s estate vineyard.  The essence of these truffles have been captured in an olive oil infusion\, and you will see how the ethereal quality of these local gems pair with the most highly rated Block Designates from the 2018 Coeur de Terre Vintage. Along with this unique gastronomic experience\, Shawn Duncan will share the delicate balance that occurs in the soils of Coeur de Terre and what we are doing to continue building the health of our vineyard through mycological and regenerative agriculture techniques.  Lastly\, you will take home oyster mushroom mycelium that you can grow and use in your own culinary adventure.
