Rustique Rosé is a truly unique blend of rosé of Pinot Noir, which brings bright red fruit tones, coupled with the more savory characteristics of our rosé of estate(!) Syrah. This wine is a purposely made rosé - no saignée here! Winemaker/proprietor Scott Neal believes this process increases the complexity and density of this rich, food-worthy rosé.
