2022 Chardonnay

Pale straw in color, this racy, zippy wine evokes Chardonnay’s of old—true food wine that is just begging to be paired with a beautiful filet of sole or a perfectly seared sea scallop. With hints of pear and chamomile on the nose, this year’s vintage was fermented in a combination of new, one-year-fill, and two-year-fill French oak puncheons. This lovely Chardonnay displays all the finesse and subtlety Oregon’s Willamette Valley has become known for. Enjoy!
