🍷 How to Complete Your Wine Club Order

Follow these simple steps to select your wines and complete your order. The process takes just a few minutes.

Note: You'll need to log in to your Coeur de Terre account. If you don't have one yet, you can create it quickly during the login process.

Select Your Wines

Choose your wines from our curated collection. Your club membership includes:

  • Base Package: Select the wines included in your membership
  • Mix & Match Options: Customize your selection from our available wines
  • Optional Add-Ons: Add additional bottles at special member pricing
  • Delivery Details: Make sure to select the dates that you ARE NOT able to receive shipments. This will ensure we get the wine delivered the first time.

    PRO TIP: You can choose to have your wine delivered to the closest FedEx Location to ensure the wine doesn't spend much time in the delivery truck. System allows you to search for closest one and have that set as delivery location.

As you make selections, you'll see a running total and breakdown of what's in your order.

Review Your Cart

Once you've made your selections, click "Add to Cart" to review your order.

You'll see a detailed breakdown showing:

  • Your wine club package
  • Individual bottles selected (shown separately for inventory tracking)
  • Any optional bottles added
  • Total bottle count and pricing

Don't worry if you see more line items than bottles – we track each wine separately for inventory purposes!

Complete Checkout

Proceed to checkout and:

  • Confirm or update your shipping address. Choose FedEx location if that works for you.
  • Select your preferred shipping method.  If you are picking up at the winery, select that choice
  • Review your order total
  • Complete payment

You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is complete.

💡 Helpful Tips

  • Your cart shows each wine separately – this is normal! We track inventory for each wine individually.
  • Member pricing is automatic – no need to enter any codes
  • Save time: Your account will remember your shipping information for future orders
  • Can't decide? You can leave the form and come back later – your selections won't be saved, so make sure to complete your order in one session
