We are thrilled to invite you to Coeur de Terre Vineyard’s 2024 Family Farm to Table Tasting Menu. Join us Saturday, March 9^thfrom 12pm-2pm as we relish the flavors of McMinnville’s agricultural tapestry. This inaugural event will feature hyper-local tasting menu sourced from small, independent ranchers (including CdT vineyard manager Hector) located within 10 miles of the winery.**

Juniper Roasted Venison
crisp rosemary polenta, grilled mushroom, plum conserva

Eola Farms Chicken Confit
white bean cassoulet, mirepoix, micro basil

Eola Farms Beef Tartare
cured egg, yolk espuma, tarragon chimichurri, yukon gold chips

Fennel Braised Pork Shoulder Slider
arugula slaw, pomegranate aioli, crisp shallots, brioche

To sip, we will showcase a variety of estate wines, including the 2021 Chardonnay, 2010 Abby’s Block Reserve Pinot Noir, 2010 Tallulah’s Run Reserve Pinot Noir, and 2017 Syrah.  

Cellar Club Member Tickets ($30) go live at 11am Saturday, February 10th.

General Admission Tickets ($55) go live at 7am Monday, February 13th.
