The Feast of the Seven Fishes (Festa dei Sette Pesci in Italian) is an Italian American celebration of the Christmas holiday with dishes of fish and other seafood. Join us in the Tasting Room for an intimate eight-course dinner limited to 35 guests as Chef Mason Goucher of Fumée Foods explores his Italian heritage – resulting in a holiday feast for our senses and palates. Uno: Sockeye Salmon Carpaccio – caper, watermelon radish, golden beets, fennel
Due: Pacific Crab Arancini – Roma tomato, Parmesaen, crab veloute, squid ink tuile
Tre: Halibut Cheek Raviolo – House lemon ricotta, chive, tarragon, leek
Quattro: Miso Cod – Hazelnut miso, sprouts, dashi, scallion
Cinque: Cioppino – Prawns, clams, mussels, shallot, fresno chile
Sei: Grilled Sicilian Octopus – Red pepper sabayon, red beet, honey, lemon thyme
Sette: Kosho Oyster – Kumquat kosho, Key Lime caviar
Otto: Cannoli – lemon mascarpone mousse, pistachio, chocolate ribbon
Pricing: $170 per person (includes gratuity and wine pairings).
