Surf, Soil, and Sky 7-course Dinner

August 3 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm PDT

Join us as we spend an evening exploring the culinary mind of Chef Mason Goucher, sampling seven elegant dishes paired with Coeur de Terre wines! 
Cocktail Snack: Charcuterie lid, cured Kurbota Lonzino, toasted hazelnuts, crackers, Manchego crumble, baby grapes.
Amuse-bouche: Beef tartar and uni chive waffle, Mascarpone whip
Opener: Rose and lacto cranberry cured Pacific Rockfish smoked with rosemary, jicama, duck egg, kani dashi, basil oil, dill flowers.
Second: Walla Walla Onion custard with Pacific crab, chive flowers, onion reduction.
Entree: Whiskey dry aged ribeye, coffee demi-glace, grilled sprigerella, pickled mustard seed, caramelized onion puree.
Entree 2: 45-day dry aged duck breast, pickled ground cherries, potato pavé, wilted summer greens in duck fat, duck veloute. 
Dessert: Grilled peach, purple corn bread, honeycomb, chantilly, corn pudding, chocolate mint.
