I’m teaming up with Chef Ryley Eckersley for an intimate six-course winemaker’s dinner at WØLF, his bold new restaurant that’s already stirring up serious excitement just four weeks into opening. This is not your typical wine dinner – it’s a creative collaboration rooted in place, season, and the kind of flavor that makes you sit up in your chair.

Each course will be paired with wines from Coeur de Terre Vineyard, carefully selected to complement the vibrant, deeply seasonal dishes Ryley is known for – think meticulously sourced ingredients, stunning fish preparations, hyper-local vegetables, maybe some local lamb… even a Wagyu surprise or two.
